Application for Registration for LKG for any academic year will be issued in the 2nd fortnight of January on all working days between 10.00 am and 12.00 Noon.
Filled in application forms should be returned with all enclosures on or before the date specified by the school.
Registration for classes UKG to X will be subject to the vacancies. Generally, vacancies into these classes are rare and hence the vacancy position is made known on the last working day of April. In the event of vacancies, registration forms will be issued and an entrance test conducted. A student is admitted only after qualifying in the entrance examination and after fulfilling all the other eligibility criteria.
A Xerox copy of the birth certificate specifying the student’s name from any one of the following offices / officers is to be enclosed :-
a) Municipality / Municipal Corporation – Registrar of Births & Deaths in Form Nos.9/5.
b) Mandal Revenue Officer – (After due enquiry or in Form Nos.9/5)
c) Village Executive Officer / Village Secretary (Only in case of major Panchayats) – In specifled format.
Record sheet or T.C. with all relevant details in case of admissions by transfer from other schools
In case of inter-district and inter-state transfers the T C must be duly countersigned by the District Authority concerned.
Admissions to various classes are made in keeping with the vacancies. The decision of the school shall be final and binding.
AGE ELIGIBILITYFor admission into LKG the child should have completed 3 ½ year as on the re-opening day of the school. An entire calendar year from January to December shall be taken into consideration for such calculation.
